We are an affiliate to Adsensus, the sales and marketing nerds based in Lund, Copenhagen and Stockholm, passionate about operating and developing successful sales processes. The vision of Adsensus is to redefine sales and wash away its, perhaps well deserved, malicious portrait. We share this vision, although we are extra passionate about startups and scaleups!
We see an issue in the fact that too many of the amazing startups founded in the Nordics focus entirely on development, strategy and planning. In our opinion, this issue is one of the, if not the, main reason to why so many startups die within their first three years.
Hence, Adsensus started the Sales program together with Ideon Innovation. We did however realize that there needs to be more than our Sales program – there needs to be an entire organization focusing entirely on helping startups and scaleups succeed through successful sales. Therefore, Rasmus left Adsensus after 7 successful years as CEO and founded Nordic Scaleups, together with Axel, another partner at Adsensus, in November 2017.
We are a small team, eager to combine and share our knowledge, experience, motivation and inspiration with startups and scaleups in the Nordics! Being a small team allows us to be personal with every company and really get to know you entrepreneurs, your strengths and weaknesses. Despite the fact that our Sales program consists of 20 hours scheduled time per week with dedicated coaching and workshops, we want to be with you 24 hours a day (almost) and never be more than a phone call away.
We know that sales and interaction with your market needs to be a part of every phase, from product development to price-setting and strategic decisions. The reason for our entire existence is to provide you with the tools, support and facilities to interact in the most effective and efficient ways. Not only that, but we also want to establish a relationship with you that lasts beyond Boot camps, Sales programs and Growth programs. We want to be with you, throughout your journey towards successfully scaling up!
